On a quiet stretch off Lake Logan Road in the Bethel area, OMSEMBLE offers something increasingly rare: intentional pause.
Created by three Haywood County residents, OMSEMBLE brings together medicine, music, sound, and nourishment in thoughtfully designed gatherings that allow the nervous system to settle and attention to return to what matters.
At the center is Craig Escudé, MD, a board-certified family physician with decades of experience in developmental medicine and mental health. His clinical background informs the steady, reflective container that shapes each gathering. He is also a classically trained vocalist and
accomplished keyboardist.
During OMSEMBLE experiences, his piano, layered keys, and voice
move through the space with warmth and emotional depth, gently anchoring the soundscape. Sound and meditation guide Michelle Koster weaves immersive layers of gongs, singing bowls, handpan, subtle tones, and guided presence into each session. A RYT-200 yoga instructor and Level 2 certified sound therapy practitioner, Koster draws from years of study across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
After nearly three decades in the construction industry, her own
return to movement, sound, and nature now informs offerings designed to ground the body, soften the heart, and restore inner balance.
Surrounding the experience is the culinary artistry of Michele Escudé. Known for refined yet comforting cuisine, she prepares seasonal teas, nourishing snacks, and a thoughtfully crafted meal designed to support clarity and well-being.
With a trained eye for aesthetics and a background curating essential oils and personal care collections, she helps create an atmosphere that feels tranquil, elevated, and deeply nurturing. Together, their work is collaborative. Sound, reflection, environment, and nourishment unfold asone cohesive experience.
